About Daily Protocol

Founded in 2010, Daily Protocol® is based in Sacramento, CA.

Daily Protocol delivers expert, custom-tailored professional etiquette and personal development programs that meld old world decencies with today’s fast-paced, technology focused world.
Clients and students are taught how to astutely recognize specific social situations and cues, and respond with thoughtful decisions and actions in their everyday life.

Our approach is consultative and personalized; we develop custom, rich, relevant, and contemporary curriculum that meets your specific etiquette goals and needs. For companies and professionals (both experienced and new) seeking expertise in soft skills (including pandemic etiquette), image, career transition, digital communication, interview skills, business dining etiquette and finessed business protocols, we present through The Protocol Advantage. For youth, our programs of diplomacy and poise, interpersonal communication, and three-course dining etiquette are presented through The Protocol Academy.

The low stress and inclusive sessions encourage a high level of involvement through engaging role play; hands-on participation; solo and group activities and observation; team building; and lively discussions. Clients and students are taught how to astutely recognize specific social situations and cues, and respond with thoughtful decisions and actions throughout their everyday business and personal life. All participants receive a certificate of accomplishment for their business or personal portfolio.
